BIMA Summer ProgramNurturing Artistic Expression and Jewish Creativity

Summer 2006 BIMA Program
June 28 - July 24, 2006

The Berkshire Institute for Music and Arts offers a fantastic summer arts experience for young people currently in grades 8-11. Set in a pluralistic Jewish community and held at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, BIMA creates a unique setting in which participants explore the relationships between artistic expression and Jewish living and learning.

At BIMA, participants major in one of the following specific arts disciplines: music (jazz/choral/ chamber ensembles), painting, or creative writing. In addition, BIMA offers elective classes, special guest artists, and trips to the Berkshire's many cultural attractions.

We welcome returning participants and new young people from across the country and Israel to join us. Get ready for a serious creative adventure at BIMA in the summer of 2006! To learn more about BIMA click here.
